We are pleased to carry a selection of wooden butter knives by our friend Daniel Lundberg from Sweden. Butter knives are hard to design for visual balance and function. These knives fulfill both while also asserting Daniel’s particular style. Kotaro Okubo, famous Japanese spoon carver, specifically admired these knives when he browsed through our spoon drawer this past summer. Daniel Lundberg was trained at Säterglantan Craft School in Dalarna. His work is unique and stands on its own.

This wooden knife makes a great gift for the host of a holiday get together or beside a butter dish on a rustic table setting with a loaf of sourdough.
